How do I place an order?

Browse our vast selection of promotional products by navigating through our web site. Begin by choosing a product category.Decide which item(s) you are interested in, including quantity, item color, imprint color, and when you might need them by.

2. Place Order / Request Quote
Complete the information request form on the product details page by clicking the “View The Price List” icon or contact a sales representative by calling toll at (86) 755 - 27866223. You may also contact us via e-mail at service@TopPromotional.com
As of right now, we do NOT accept orders online.

3. Submit Artwork
You may submit your artwork to us:Via email: service@TopPromotional.com

4. Review and Approve Order Acknowledgment and Digital Proof
Upon receiving your order, we will fax or e-mail you a copy of your order acknowledgment and digital proof for your approval within one business day.This paperwork must be approved before printing can begin.
Please note, once you return the signed paperwork along with payment, the items ordered become the property of the customer, printed or not printed.

5. Submit Payment
If the payment information is not provided at the time of placing the order, a credit card authorization form that will need to be completed and sent back, will be included with your order acknowledgment and digital proof.Acceptable forms of payment include, but are not limited to, major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), company check, money order, or wire transfer.

6. Production & Shipping
Standard production time on average runs approximately 5 to 7 working days and begins after artwork and order approval.
Shipping time varies depending on which shipping method used and may range from 1 to 7 working days.

Can I order the products blank, no imprint?

All the products available through Quality Logo Products are available without an imprint. The same pricing for printed merchandise applies to blank merchandise, the only difference being that there is not a set-up fee for blank orders and most orders for blank merchandise ship within 24 hours.

Do you offer rush service?

Rush service is available on certain products. Production time for rush service varies by product. Expedited shipping methods (Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day) are recommended for very important deadlines. Depending on the item, additional fees and charges may apply for rush services. Most rush items can only be printed with a maximum of one color/one location imprint and arelimited to web site quantities only.

What file formats do you accept?

Vector artwork such Adobe Illustrator (.AI or .EPS), Corel Draw (.CDR), and Macromedia Freehand (.FHX) in PC or MAC platform is preferred. We request that any type be converted to outlines (curves) before sending.
High quality/high resolution files such as Adobe Acrobat (.PDF), .TIFF or Adobe Photoshop (.PSD) may also be acceptable. We ask that these files be sized to 100% or larger than the actual imprint size, and at least 600 dpi. PC or MAC platform.

Other acceptable file formats include, but are not limited to, Microsoft Word (.DOC), PageMaker (.PMD), PowerPoint (.PPT) , and low resolution/quality files such as.JPEG, .GIF, or. BMP.

Depending on the size and quality of the image, we may or may not be able to use images or logos saved from a web site.

These are guidelines only and not all files submitted with these extensions are guaranteed to work. Each project will be handled on a case by case basis.

What is a spot color?

Refers to a method of specifying and printing colors in which each color is printed with its own ink. In contrast, process

color printing uses four inks (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) to produce all other colors. Spot color printing is effective when the printed matter contains only one to three different colors, but it becomes prohibitively expensive for more colors.

What is process printing?

This printing process uses a combinations of ink colors blue (cyan), red (magenta), yellow (yellow), and black (black) dots to create photographic like images. Process printing is also sometimes referred to as CMYK or Four-Color Process.
Do you have a catalog?
No, we continually update products online so our customers can choose from the newest and most popular items available. Catalogs would be out of date as soon as printed.

What is your sample policy?

Non custom blank samples are the blank product price plus shipping and handling. Simply place the item in your cart and check out. Blank samples with the product and product box in new condition can be returned for full credit, minus shipping and handling. Preproduction samples with your custom logo or typesetting [where the minimum order one] is the item price, customization charge, set up charge, and shipping and handling. For items with a minimum order of more than one, add a $50-300 sample fee. Preproduction samples with a custom logo or message can not be returned unless there has been a production error or damage in transit.
